How do ceiling and roof insulation rebates work?

Around 60% of homes in Victoria are under-insulated or not insulated at all. That’s a big problem in a state with hot summers and cold winters—where heating and cooling account for a major share of household power bills.

Who’s eligible for the insulation rebate?

Once those households are serviced, the rebate will be extended to under-insulated homes. Eligibility checks will be handled under the VEU framework, with installations coordinated through accredited providers.
